Designation as administrative issue of small ETFs and delisting (Paragraph 1 of Article 115, KOSPI Market Listing Regulation)

Among ETFs that have been listed over a one(1) year, ETFs under KRW 5 billion of the principal amount of trust and total net asset (subtracting total liabilities from total assets of the concerned ETF) as of the end of half year are designated as administrative issues. The designated ETFs are released when the reasons for designation no longer exist as of the end of half year that the designation date falls into. However, if the reason for designation continues to exist until the end of the next half year, that ETF is delisted.
