Disclosure Flow and Method of Submission

KOSDAQ listed corporations make disclosures through the electronic disclosure systems of FSS's DART and KRX's KIND.

Submission of disclosures have two ways:

주의With the full adoption of electronic disclosure systems, submission of disclosures through facsimile is restricted to special occasions only.
  • Submission via electronic form: Electronic documents are submitted via the Internet
  • Submission via document form: Paper documents are submitted including the facsimile transmission (where deemed unavoidable)
