- 1. This menu provides information on a large scale holder of outstanding short position, who has a disclosure obligation in accordance with the Article 180-3 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
In accordance with the outstanding short position disclosing system, an investor is obligated to disclose the position when the ratio of the net outstanding short position falls to or below negative (-)0.5%.
Since the large-scale holders of outstanding short position are disclosed after 18:00 on T+2 (T is the day when the disclosure obligation arises), outstanding short position of two days before the day is provided on the day.
(Please note that outstanding short position can be changed when the investor makes a new or modified disclosure on the position after 18:00 on T+2 to the Financial Supervisory Service.)

- 3. Information on large scale holders of outstanding short position is available starting from Jun.30, 2016.
- 4. Detail information on large scale holders, such as name (corporate name), address, nationality, etc. is provided based on the disclosure documents without translation as originally submitted by the large scale holder.
