Once a corporation, in consultation with its designated advisor, makes a decision to list its shares on the KONEX market, the designated advisor performs the due diligence regarding financial status, business activities, governance structure and internal control system of the corporation concerned.
If the designated advisor deems the corporation concerned is eligible for listing based on the result of the due diligence, it prepares a report on the listing eligibility which includes the external auditor’s confirmation on accounting information, the designated advisor’s opinion on listing eligibility, and the details of due diligence.
