Overview of listing procedure

Compared to the KOSPI and KOSDAQ where the public offering is the only way of listing, the KONEX provides corporations with more options for listing.
In addition to the public offering, private placement and direct listing are also available for listing. Therefore, SMEs including startups can list their shares issued through a private placement as well as a public offering, or without issuing new shares. They can choose the listing option that is most appropriate for their financing needs.
