Review of qualitative criteria

The KRX conducts eligibility review on qualitative qualifications of the applicants whether there are any matters inappropriate for public interests and investor protection, through comprehensive examination of the activities of the management obstructive to the market integrity, management transparency, accounting information transparency and investment risk based on the listing eligibility report submitted by the designated advisor.

It should be noted that the review by the KRX is minimized as the designated advisors conduct listing eligibility review of the applicant corporation for new listing in advance.
