2. Financial statements of latest three fiscal years and auditor's reports(plus, semiannual financial statement if 45 or more days hve elapsed since the half-year of the application business year ended)
3. Lock-up agreement for the stocks, etc. held by the largest shareholder etc.
4. Lock-up Certificate for the stocks, etc. held by the largest shareholder etc. issued by the Korea Securities Depository (KSD)
5. Sample certificate of stock to be listed (submit at the time of applying for an initial listing if public offering is scheduled after requesting for listing eligibility review) or Certificate that guarantees issuance of Uniform Stock Certificate, issued by the transfer agent
6. Transcript of the register book for corporations
7. Articles of Incorporation
8. List of shareholders as of the end of latest year
9. Other documents required to be submitted subject to the types of listing and the form of corporations to be listed

2. Specimens of stock certificates or issuance certificate of Uniform Stock Certificate(submitted when applying for initial listing)
3. Documents verifying payments of the stock suscription(submitted without delay after completion of payment)
4. A certified copy of the registration of incorportation(Within 7 days after registration of changes)
5. A copy of the result of securities issuance(submitted without delay after completion of public offering and secondary distribution)
6. A schedule for distribution of stocks(submitted by the day before the listing date)
7. A copy of the transfer agency service contract with stock transfer agent(submitted when applying for initial listing)
8. Other documents that the KRX deems necessary for the listing review
